Do you ship internationally?
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
For UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked service. For European and Rest of the World deliveries we use a selection of competitively priced couriers.
What is your return and refund policy?
Items should be returned in original, unopened condition within calendar 14 days of purchase. We regret that postage is not refunded. For more information please see our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
Do you take on private or bespoke commissions?
Natalia occasionally takes on bespoke design work. Kindly get in touch by at info@fifteenfifteen.com to discuss your project in more detail. Past collaborations include a pop up stand design for an ethical bridal wear boutique Brides Do Good.
Do you offer gift wrapping & packaging?
We would be delighted to ship your order in a branded gift box complete with a handwritten Thank You note. Please email help@fifteenfifteen.com should you require this service.
How do you package your orders?
The cushions are wrapped in branded tissue paper and secured with our sticker. The items are then shipped in protective packaging to minimise any damages in transit.
Where can I see your products in person?
It is possible to view a selection of our products at In-Residence shop in Islington, London.
Do you offer trade accounts for design professionals?
We are pleased to offer our products at trade pricing to design industry professionals. Kindly email info@fifteenfifteen.com to enquire about this service.
Where do you design and manufacture your products?
Each design starts in a sketchbook made up of collages, mixed media compositions and watercolours. Dedicated, ‘computer-free’, playful time in the studio is key to our creative practice.
Once developed, designs are digitally printed in the United Kingdom to minimise environmental impact and support the local economy. By digitally printing our collections not only do we obtain vivid and vibrant printing results, but also minimise fabric wastage.
Backing fabrics for each collection are sourced from London’s oldest fabric suppliers mixing the old with the new – from silks and velvets to organic cotton and brocades.
The production of our collections takes place in the East End of London. We work with a small independent factory, favoured by high-end fashion houses, because of its unrivalled quality of work and ethical treatment of its workforce. Our support for local businesses and suppliers is the ethos of our studio – to create responsibly made limited edition products.
Do you offer Gift cards?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer these at present.
